Are your nurses registered?
Yes. Our nurses are qualified, registered professionals. You are welcome to ask our coordinator about the nurse assigned to you.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription?
For IV medication and injections we need a valid prescription from your doctor. For wound care, a discharge summary helps but is not always required.
How quickly can someone come to my home?
In most Nairobi areas we can arrange a visit the same day or the next day. Our coordinator will confirm the exact time when they call you.
How do I pay?
There is no payment on the website. Our coordinator confirms your booking and the price with you, then explains how to pay (for example M-Pesa). For quote-based services, we agree the price with you first.
