It depends on the test or scan you need. Send a request and our coordinator will give you a quote before anything is booked.
Do I need a doctor’s request form?
For X-rays, ECHO, ECG and ultrasound, please have a request form from your doctor. If you don’t have one, we can arrange a doctor home visit first.
How do I get my results?
Results and reports are shared securely by email or WhatsApp. Timing depends on the test or scan; our coordinator will let you know.
Do I need to prepare or fast?
Some lab tests and ultrasound scans need fasting or a full bladder. Our coordinator will tell you how to prepare when they confirm your booking.
How quickly can someone come to my home?
In most Nairobi areas we can arrange a visit the same day or the next day. Our coordinator will confirm the exact time when they call you.
How do I pay?
There is no payment on the website. Our coordinator confirms your booking and the price with you, then explains how to pay (for example M-Pesa). For quote-based services, we agree the price with you first.
